About the program

Following your assessment (60 minutes) where we discuss your specific goals, you will learn to train 10 essential, distinct movement patterns. This will allow you and your Physiotherapist to develop and create a fully balanced functional strength and conditioning program just right for you.

What is included in my initial 60minute KLT assessment consultation?

  • Current & past injury history
  • Goal setting
  • Movement and stability assessment
  • Corrective exercises
  • Introduction to KLT 10 movement patterns (legs, arms and core)
  • Management plan – what is the specific plan to achieve your goals

What happens after my initial consultation?

You will then have the choice of completing your program independently, one-on-one sessions, or small group sessions with a maximum of 4 people.

Group programs typically consist of 8 or 12 sessions and are run at various suitable times so all clients have access to classes. 

If you have private health insurance you may use your Physiotherapy cover for our KLT sessions. All Health Funds are accepted.
